Los bienes objeto del negocio fiduciario no podrán ser perseguidos por los acreedores del fiduciante, a menos que sus acreencias sean anteriores a la constitución del mismo. Los acreedores del beneficiario solamente podrán perseguir los rendimientos que le reporten dichos bienes.

El negocio fiduciario celebrado en fraude de terceros podrá ser impugnado por los interesados.
