º PLAZO PARA LA ENTREGA DE PARTE DE LAS INFORMACIONES DE QUE TRATA EL ARTÍCULO 17 DEL DECRETO 2503 DE 1987. Los bancos y las demás entidades sometidas a la vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, suministrarán la información requerida por el literal a), del artículo 17, del Decreto - ley 2503 de 1987, a más tardar el último día hábil del mes de marzo de cada año, en relación con aquellas personas o entidades a cuyo nombre se hayan efectuado consignaciones en cuentas de ahorro o cuentas corrientes, durante el año gravable inmediatamente anterior, cuyo valor anual acumulado sea superior a cincuenta millones de pesos ($50.000.000.00), en el respectivo banco o entidad en el cual se hayan efectuado los depósitos.
