° En caso de que el empleado fallezca sin determinar la persona o personas que hayan de recibir el valor del seguro se dará aplicación a lo establecido en el Título 2° del Libro III del C. Civil (reglas relativas a la sucesión intestada) y las leyes que lo adicionen y reformen.
