º . Convocatoria. Una vez surtida la vacancia definitiva, en los términos establecidos por el artículo 7º de la Ley 182 de 1995, la Secretaría General del Ministerio de Comunicaciones dispondrá de tres días hábiles para convocar la elección del nuevo miembro de la junta.
