Los dineros que la Nación apropió para conmemorar los 150 años de fundación de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Antioquia, en Ley distinta a la presente, podrán ser invertidos íntegramente para cumplir a cabalidad la destinación prevista en el artículo anterior, remodelando con su importe y dotando el edificio cuya enajenación a título gratuito se autoriza por la presente.
