ARTICULO 4.2.0.6.- EFECTO EN QUE SE CONCEDERAN LOS RECURSOS. Por regla general el recurso de reposición procederá en el efecto suspensivo. Sin embargo, cuando se trate de decisiones o instrucciones que por su naturaleza sean de cumplimiento inmediato, según calificación que haga la Superintendencia de Valores, el recurso procederá conforme a las reglas generales, en el efecto devolutivo.
