PETICIÓN DE PRUEBAS. Las partes podrán pedir la práctica de las pruebas que estimen conducentes o aportarlas en el momento procesal oportuno. Cuando las pruebas sean allegadas o aportadas por las partes sólo se incorporarán al proceso previo auto que estime su conducencia. La denegación total o parcial de las solicitadas o allegadas deberá ser motivada y se notificarán al peticionario.
