Art.17. o el sello sétimo no tendrá valor alguno, i servirá únicamente para los negocios correspondientes al procedimiento judicial de oficio; sin perjuicio de pagar el valor de los sellos correspondientes, cuando haya condenacion de costas. Este sello se distribuirá en la cantidad necesaria a todos los tribunales i juzgados de la República.
