De las listas enviadas por el Señor Procurador General de la Nación, nómbranse Fiscales del honorable Consejo de Estado, para el período de cuatro (4) años que se inició el primero de diciembre de 1966, y por, el resto del mismo, a las siguientes personas: Fiscal 1° doctor Oscar Peña Alzate. Fiscal 2° doctor Osvaldo Abello Noguera Fiscal 3° doctor Hernando Gómez Mejía. Fiscal 4° doctora Aidé Anzola Linares.
