El Certificado de Disponibilidad Presupuestal - CDP, para proveer el nombramiento del Director de la Unidad, será expedido por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, con cargo al presupuesto de la Unidad, para lo cual el Gobierno Nacional efectuará los trámites de carácter presupuestal a que haya lugar.
