Si el Gobierno concede la asignación la Junta, luego que reciba el expediente, o anotará en el Índice y en el Registro de que trata el artículo de este Decreto, y lo archivará; cuando se niegue la asignación, el Secretario de la Junta Notificará por escrito lo resuelto al interesado.
