ARTICULO 127. Sustitución pensional. El cónyuge supérstite de un Agente de la Policía Nacional, sus hijos menores o inválidos absolutos, que hayan tenido el derecho consagrado o disfrutado de la sustitución pensional prevista en el Decreto 981 de 1946 continuarán percibiendo la pensión del causante de acuerdo con lo previsto en la Ley 21 de 1979.
