ARTICULO 1o. Adiciónase el artículo 1° del Decreto 1967 de 1992 con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el último inciso del artículo 164 del Decreto 1333 de 1986, en las sociedades de economía mixta los usuarios designarán, en la forma prevista en este Decreto, una tercera parte de los miembros de la Junta Directiva que, de acuerdo con su participación, corresponda designar a las entidades estatales. Los demás miembros de la Junta serán designados de conformidad con lo previsto en los estatutos.
