Quorum y votación . La Junta Directiva puede sesionar con la mayoría de sus miembros. Las decisiones se tomaran con el voto favorable de la mayoría de los asistentes. Cuando se trate de ejercer las funciones contempladas en uno cualquiera de los numerales de la clase b) del Artículo 20 de estos Estatutos, se requerirán el voto favorable e indelegable del Ministro de Agricultura.
