Declarada la disolución de la fundación o asociación sin ánimo de lucro, se procederá de inmediato a su liquidación, para lo cual se nombrará el liquidador con su respectivo suplente, a quien la asamblea general le señalará el plazo en el cual debe cumplir su tarea.
