Los establecimientos de comercio, cuando alquilen películas de video de clasificación X para adultos, pagarán un impuesto correspondiente al cinco por ciento (5%) sobre el valor de cada video rentado, con destino a la financiaciónde los planes y programas de prevención y lucha contra la explotación sexual y la pornografía con menores de edad.
