del artículo 12 del Decreto 2762 del 20 de diciembre de 2001 el cual quedará así: "El Ministerio de Transporte establecerá las categorías de los terminales de transporte, previo estudio técnico con el fin de fijar tasas de uso diferenciales que deben cobrar los terminales de transporte terrestre".
