Los trabajadores al servicio del Comisariato Central de las Fuerzas Armadas serán de libre nombramiento y remoción del Gerente General, sus sueldos y prestaciones se cubrirán con cargo al presupuesto del mismo Comisariato; tendrán el carácter de trabajadores oficiales, y en sus derechos y obligaciones se regirán por la legislación del Ministerio de Guerra.
