Otros mecanismos de financiación. Las entidades territoriales podrán proponer otros mecanismos de financiación de la infraestructura pública definida en los correspondientes Planes Maestros diferentes a los señalados en este acápite, teniendo en cuenta para su implementación criterios de legalidad, eficiencia y eficacia. Los Planes Maestros financiados con recursos públicos deben ser declarados de importancia estratégica para proceder, en caso de requerirse, a suscribir las correspondientes vigencias futuras.
