En los Presupuestos de gastos de las respectivas vigencias se incluirán las partidas necesarias para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley, comprendiéndose en ellas el ensanche y la conveniente adaptación del edificio en que hoy funciona la Escuela Nacional de Comercio a las diferentes necesidades requeridas por establecimientos de esta naturaleza.
