El sustanciador dicta por sí solo, y bajo su responsabilidad, todos los autos de sustanciación e interlocutorios, los cuales son apelables, según las reglas generales, para ante los demás Magistrados que componen la respectiva Sala. Para la decisión del recurso es ponente el Magistrado que sigue en turno al sustanciador.
