Desde la promulgación de la presente Ley ninguna pensión será transmisible ni acumulable. Con la muerte del agraciado queda extinguida la pensión.

Parágrafo

Esta disposición no excluye el derecho del acrecimiento reconocido para casos especiales por la Ley.
