° El servicio médico a domicilio se prestará únicamente en los casos que el enfermo no necesita hospitalización, o al contrario, cuando, el enfermo no fuere recibido en una clínica y hospital por tratarse de una enfermad contagiosa, de aislamiento, muy difícil o que, no es posible hacer por cualquier circunstancia.
