Admisibilidad

Toda prueba pertinente es admisible, salvo en alguno de los siguientes casos:

a)

Que exista peligro de causar grave perjuicio indebido;

b)

Probabilidad de que genere confusión en lugar de mayor claridad al asunto, o exhiba escaso valor probatorio, y

c)

Que sea injustamente dilatoria del procedimiento.
