Los registradores podrán rectificar por si, bajo su responsabilidad, los errores instrumentales cometidos al asentar las inscripciones. La corrección la harán teniendo a la vista el titulo o documento objeto de la inscripción, y dejando constancia en el folio bajo su firma o la de su delegación y la fecha. Las correcciones que impliquen alteración de la sustancia del registro solo podrán hacerse con el asentimiento de todos los interesados o por mandato judicial.
