° El Cajero del Ferrocarril del Tolima, como único responsable ante la Corte de Cuentas, será el Jefe de la Oficina que debe formar y rendir las mensuales de la Empresa, así como la genera de cada año, y tendrá bajo su dependencia, pero sólo en lo que se refiere a cuentas, al Contador; el Almacenista y los Jefes de Estación son responsables ante el Cajero de los fondos y valores en especie que manejen.
