° Autorízase al Gobierno para uniformar el armamento para el servicio de la República, ya sea para el uso del Ejercito o de la Gendarmería Nacional; para lo cual podrá disponer la venta al Gobierno extranjero de las armas existentes en los parques nacionales, y que sean de diverso sistema al adoptado como unidad de armamento.
