º . A partir del 1º de enero de 2006, el Jefe de la Oficina de Control Interno de Ecopetrol S. A. tendrá una asignación básica mensual de siete millones doscientos mil trescientos setenta y cinco pesos ($7.200.375) moneda corriente. El régimen prestacional aplicable al empleo de que trata este artículo, será el establecido para los empleados públicos de la Rama Ejecutiva del poder público del orden nacional.
