Cuando el producto de la venta de la mercancía en pública subasta no alcance a cubrir el crédito que exista, en favor de la Zona, ésta tendrá, expeditas sus acciones y podrá ejecutarlas por vía judicial correspondiente contra el deudor, por el saldo insoluto.
