La toma de posesión tendrá por objeto establecer si la entidad debe ser objeto de liquidación; si es posible colocarla en condiciones de desarrollar adecuadamente su objeto social, o si se pueden realizar otras operaciones que permitan lograr mejores condiciones para la gestión de los derechos confiados a la sociedad.
