La adquisición de los bienes muebles que requiera el Instituto se hará conforme a las disposiciones del decreto 2370 de 1968, cuando para determinados bienes o clases de bienes así lo disponga la Junta Directiva del Instituto de provisiones con la aprobación del Gobierno.
