Inscripción en el folio de Matrícula inmobiliaria. Para el cumplimiento de lo establecido en la presente Subsección, el Registrador de Instrumentos Públicos inscribirá en el folio de matrícula inmobiliaria los datos que permitan identificar el predio, los cuales estarán consignados en el plano catastral que se protocolizará en la escritura pública y en el texto de ésta.

Parágrafo

Para el archivo de la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos correspondiente, se expedirá por el Notario copia especial auténtica de la escritura pública incluido el plano catastral respectivo.
