Los contratos que celebre el Gobierno Nacional en desarrollo del artículo 2° de esta Ley, sólo requerirán para su validez y perfeccionamiento la firma de las partes y su publicación en el Diario Oficial , requisito que se entiende cumplido con la orden impartida por el Director General de Crédito Público.
