Los empleados ingresarán al Ejército en los siguientes puestos:

1.° En el ramo administrativo, como contadores terceros, cuyo rango será el de Subtenientes.

2.° En el de justicia, como Auditores de Guerra, cuya categoría será así: el de Capitán los auditores de una división y el de Teniente coronel, el de Auditor General del Ejército.

3.° En el de veterinario, como veterinario de segunda clase, cuya categoría será la de Subteniente.
