Si después de expedido el certificado de que se trata, el reo cometiere alguna falta que afecte su conducta desfavorablemente, el Director del establecimiento lo comunicará inmediatamente a la autoridad que esté conociendo de la rebaja de pena, y ese informe deberá ser agregado al expediente.
