Las Zonas Francas Turísticas continuarán rigiéndose por el Decreto 2131 de 1991 salvo por lo dispuesto en los siguientes artículos.

Las nuevas inversiones turísticas que se realicen en los Departamentos Archipiélago de San Andrés y Providencia, Amazonas y Vichada, tendrán los beneficios que se conceden a las inversiones en zonas francas turísticas, previa la aprobación del proyecto por parte de los Ministerios de Comercio Exterior y Desarrollo Económico, cumpliendo los mismos requisitos que para la declaratoria de Zona Franca Turística establece el Decreto 2131 de 1991.
