º . Los vehículos automotores, carrocerías, remolques y semirremolques que se importen, fabriquen o ensamblen en el país, deberán cumplir con los requisitos establecidos por el Ministerio de Transporte para obtener la homologación que garantice sus condiciones de comodidad y seguridad.
