Artículo séptimo. De la reposición decidirá el Inspector dentro de las seis horas siguientes a su presentación, y si la providencia fuere negativa, se resolverá dentro de ella misma respecto de la apelación subsidiaria que se hubiere interpuesto.

Dentro del mismo término establecido en el inciso anterior se resolverá sobre la apelación interpuesta directamente
