º . Otorgamiento de medidas de protección. Las medidas de protección recomendadas por el CRER serán implementadas por el Ministerio del Interior a través de la Dirección General para los Derechos Humanos. El Director General para los Derechos Humanos del Ministerio del Interior, podrá adoptar sin necesidad de recomendación previa, en casos de emergencia manifiesta, medidas de protección para los destinatarios del presente decreto e informará de las mismas al CRER en la siguiente sesión, con el fin de que este recomiende las medidas definitivas.
