Contra los actos administrativos de la Promotora que creen situaciones de carácter individual, proceden los siguientes recursos

De reposición ante quien haya proferido la providencia y de apelación ante el inmediato superior, donde se entenderá agotada la vía gubernativa.

Contra los actos de! Consejo Directivo y del Director Ejecutivo, sólo procede el recurso de deposición, una vez surtido se entiende agotada la vía gubernativa. CAPITULO VI De los trabajadores oficiales y de los Empleados Públicos de Prosocial
