Cuando las partes pretendan hacer uso de instrumentos públicos no acompañados a la demanda, o a la contestación, o a los memoriales sobre excepciones, piden dentro de los términos probatorios se libre despacho al funcionario correspondiente para que, a costa del interesado, expida u ordene expedir copia del instrumento, y la envíe por conducto del respectivo registrador, cuando es el caso de que se le ponga nota de registro.
