Los actos que afecten situaciones jurídicas individuales serán notificados en la forma establecida por las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia. Contra los actos que dicte la Junta Directiva y el Director General sólo cabe el recurso de reposición. Tal recurso se interpondrá y decidirá, de acuerdo con el procedimiento gubernativo reglamentado en las referidas disposiciones legales.
