º Amplíase hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1985 el plazo fijado al Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil para atender las solicitudes de inscripción o actualización en la Carrera Administrativa del personal que presta sus servicios en las entidades y en los cargos comprendidos en los niveles señalados en el literal a) del artículo 17 del Decreto 583 de 1984.
