ARTICULO 209 . Trámite . Dentro de los tres días siguientes al recibo de las copias deberá sustentarse el recurso, con la expresión de los fundamentos. Vencido este término se resolverá de plano. Si el recurso no se sustenta dentro del término indicado, se desechará. Si el superior necesitare copia de otras piezas de la actuación procesal, ordenará al inferior que las remita a la mayor brevedad posible.
