Remisión de las actas de concurso. Entre la fecha de la firma de la convocatoria y la fecha de suscripción de la lista de elegibles, no podrá transcurrir un término superior a ocho (8) meses, a menos que por decisión. de la Comisión de Carrera, haya sido necesario ampliar los términos de ejecución del concurso, o que éste haya sido declarado sin efecto por el Procurador General de la Nación, total o parcialmente, evento en el cual copia de la resolución o acto administrativo mediante e1 cual se haya hecho tal declaración, deberá ser enviada a la Comisión.
