Decreto 2191 de 1990 · por medio del cual se aprueba el Acuerdo número 0014 del 2 de agosto de 1990, emanado de la Junta Directiva Nacional de la Empresa Puertos de Colombia “Colpuertos”, que fija unas tarifas para la explotación de banano, plátano, frutas tropicales y vegetales, en los Terminales Marítimos.
