Las subvenciones nacionales de que habla el artículo 13 de la Ley 66 de 1923 , para carreteras y cables, se fijan en las sumas de cuatro mil pesos ($ 4,000) y siete mil pesos ($ 7,000) por kilómetro construído, respectivamente, y se pagarán por los respectivos Administradores de Hacienda Nacional, de acuerdo con lo estatuido en los artículos 6.º de la Ley 72 de 1924 y 43 de 1925.
