Cuando el superior para ante quien se interponga algún recurso no resida en el mismo lugar del interior, la parte que lo interponga, si no estuviere exenta por disposición especial, deberá pagar el porte correspondiente al envío y devolución.

El Secretario anotará en el sobre el nombre o nombres de las partes que deban pagar, entendiéndose que si son varias, el porte lo pagarán por partes iguales.
