Articulo 2º . El personal del Tribunal que debe servir el distrito judicial será el establecido espresamente por el articulo 5º de la lei antes citada, a saber: Dos ministros jueces; un fiscal; un secretario; un oficial, un portero escribiente, i los demás subalternos que haya establecido la Cámara provincial, según le es potestativo por la parte final de dicho artículo.
