°. Régimen Salarial y Prestacional. Los servidores públicos civiles que desempeñen cargos en la planta de personal de la Dirección Ejecutiva de la Justicia Penal Militar, transformada en la Unidad Administrativa Especial y que se incorporen a cargos de la planta de personal de la citada Unidad, conservarán el régimen laboral, salarial y prestacional que se les viene aplicando.
